Sui generis dissolution reasons of contract of mandate which are unilateral dissolution (dismissal and resignation), death, loss of capacity and bankruptcy are regulated in articles 512 and 513 of Turkish Code of Obligations No. 6098. In this study, information will be given about dissolution of contract of mandate and results thereof in the light of aforementioned provisions of Turkish Code of Obligations No. 6098.
