Empire, gained the trust of Sultan Abdulhamid II in the field of diplomacy, and as a result,
was assigned to different European countries with extraordinary ambassadorial duties.

in Belgrade, and as the consul in Pest, as well as the director of the Ottoman School
in Paris, the officer of Mekteb-i Mülkiye (Imperial School of Political Science), and
the director of the Mekteb-i Sultani (Imperial High School). By the British occupation of
Egypt in 1881, he was sent to Germany and Great Britain by Sultan Abdulhamid II as an
ambassador extraordinary, and he passed away during her last duty as a member of the
Military Inspection Commission. In this article, military, political and diplomatic events
of the period will be discussed centering on Ali Nizami Pasha.
